Sure, The Perfect Kings and Queens of the Age of Truth were really nice folks. They never lost their temper, always spoke nicely (though not with a plum in their mouths), dressed appropriately for different occasions, never ever pushed their opinions on to others and absolutely loved babies. However it wasn't always that way.
A little bird told me that once upon a time, after the Age of Truth had morphed into the Age of Falsehood, these Ex Perfect Kings and Queens kind of lost the plot on occasions and did some pretty dastardly things, by all accounts.
I'm not one to tell tales, as all of my friends would know, but these once magnificent and wholesome individuals who ruled a world of harmony due to their virtues and powers, eventually ended up, after taking rebirth a number of times, no better than they should be. But that's the way of things, have you noticed?
Just to remind you that everything goes from new to old, order to disorder and so naturally The Perfect Kings and Queens ended up as The Very Imperfect Kings and Queens and were eventually deposed.
But no worries because, though everything goes from new to old it also, because time itself is cyclic, becomes new again. So those vicious Kings and Queens of the present have become students of The School of Perfect Kings and Queens and are busily studying to reclaim their lost statuses. (is that really a word?)
So don't fret and don't concern your children because all's well that ends well. Very soon, the Perfect World will soon be here again (just like before) and peace and harmony will prevail.
It's all just a matter of time. Cyclic time.
